Training is the basis on which the program of the Mexican Association of Aerial Dance and Acrobatics is based. It is trained in several lines of action:
a) Training of job skills for Aerial Dance instructors.
b) Clinics for students and teachers that address problems that require immediate solutions.
c) Training for Championship Judges, We believe in the professionalization of judging through the preparation of highly qualified personnel in the field of regulation to practice judging professionally.
d) Training for owners of Academies where Aerial Dance and Acrobatics are practiced.

Ramon Arenas
Founder of the Dance School “NUEVA DANCE EN LA OLLIN” (ENDO). Co-author of its curriculum and author of the programs for the subjects of Physical Conditioning, Kinesiology and Biomechanics, a project that I directed as Academic Coordinator from 2002 to 2003.
Dancer graduated from the National School of Classical and Contemporary Dance, he accumulated experience as a performer in the companies Utopía Danza Teatro, Pilar Urreta and Contradanza from 1997 to 2000, which he complemented with the academic training of Physical Educator, Civil Engineering, Dance Dancer. Contemporary and Sports Psychologist. Structure a psycho-Kinetic training system starting in 1997.
The training system is applied in:
-The National School of Folk Dance as Certified Physical Conditioning Professor and Interim Technical Professor of Contemporary Dance from 1997 to 2003, obtaining as a product SCALES of physical capacity for Folk dance dancers.
-The professional recreational contemporary dance workshops at the Ollin as Professor of Contemporary Technique from 1999 to 2001, resulting in two performances with the members of the workshop.
-The French School of Ballet as a Professor of Physical Conditioning, Biomechanics and Contemporary Dance Technique obtaining SCALES of anthropometry and physical capacity that facilitated the creation and development of the curriculum of the CFP FL Danse Pluridisciplinary Training Center of which I am Co-author and author of the programs of the Subjects of Biomechanics, physical conditioning and training theory.
-The CEDAN Dance Training Center as a physical conditioning teacher and holder of nutritional monitoring, achieving that the students were located in the healthy body composition parameters for a contemporary dance student, the results of this intervention were given through a conference during the “First Latin American Meeting Mexico Cuba and the Caribbean” In addition, its design was a factor in obtaining the “Mexico on Stage” scholarship and was published in Poster Modality in the First Forum on Dyslipidemias and Anorexia.
-The National School of Classical and Contemporary Dance as a part-time Professor of the subject of Physiology and Kinesiology of dance of the Teaching Modalities of Classical dance, Choreography and Classical Dance with a Performer line introducing topics on dosage of the intensity of aerobic and anaerobic exercise and use of technology for the recording, monitoring and evaluation of the load, used as a base foundation for the evaluation of the physiological impact of the somatic imagery technique, Pilates and bodybuilding.
